One of our clients discovered mould in one of their mess buildings after a big rain season. Further testing discovered this mould had originated from a roof leak and spread throughout the building, into the wall cavities, insulation and gyprock in their commercial kitchen. The team fixed the roof leak, completely removed all building fabric affected by the mould and reinstated. Cleaned and treated other areas where required then tested to make sure this area was free of all mould contamination. This commercial kitchen refurbishment included all trades from electricians, plumbers, HVAC, tilers, painters, floor and window covering specialists, gyprockers and our team of carpenters to get the job over the line on time!
